Members Only Login Instructions

Members can review their monthly statements, charge slips, and Club Financial and Membership Updates on-line in the“Members-Only” section of our web site.  Click Here to view a sample. Approximately 60% of members are reviewing their activity online, and we would like to increase that percentage and eliminate paper statements.

Postage will increase to 41 cents on May14th, and if members would elect to retrieve their statement information IN ELECTRONIC FORM ONLY,  we would reduce operating expense. We would save paper, printing, postage and 15 to 20 hours per month.  Think Green!

If you have not registered to view your statements online, it's very simple and you can see for yourself how to view current and previous statements. Hopefully, with very few exceptions, we can be paperless by the end of June.

To register, follow these simple instructions;

• Click the located in the lower left margin on our web site or go directly to https://www.bizoptix.com/merrillhills

• Click the “New User or Forgot Password” link in the lower right-hand section of the login page.

• Fill out the “Smart Registration Helper” screen.

• User: Enter your 4-digit member number as your User. (If your member number is less than 3 digits, place zeroes in front of the member number to get a four digits number. For example, member 1 would enter 0001 as the User.)

• Email: Enter a valid email address where you will receive the notification of activation.

• Registration Secret: Enter your birthday in the format “MM/DD/YYYY”. Be sure to use two digits for each month and day, as in “01/01/1960”.

Within an hour or less, depending on the speed of Internet email; you should receive an On-Line Registration Notification at the specified email address. If you agree with the END USER AGREEMENT language in the notification, you may use the supplied Password on the login screen to access your statements online.

If you have concerns about people reading the password information in your email, we suggest that you change your password the first time you log in. To change your password, go to the “Preferences” tab.

What if I forget my password?

• Click the “New User or Forgot Password” link in the lower right-hand section of the login page.

• On the Smart Registration helper, you may simply enter your User ID or the email address. A new password will be sent to the email address on record.

• Alternatively, you may re-register at any time following the above instructions.
